Join us for an evening of conviviality around the table, as we present our sixth Grand Truffle Dinner featuring Oregon's native winter white and black truffles in a sumptuous five course meal paired with magnificent Oregon wines.

Considered by many to be the pièce de résistance of the weekend, the 2011 Grand Truffle Dinner features some of the Pacific Northwest's most celebrated chefs, and is hosted by Executive Chef Rocky Maselli of Osteria Sfizio in Eugene. This year’s Grand Dinner has a decidedly Italian theme as you will see in our choice of chefs. The Oregon Truffle Festival is honored to present our four Grand Dinner guest chefs:

Pino PosteraroWe are excited to welcome Pino Posteraro of Cioppino's Mediterranean Grill and Enoteca as our 2011 international guest chef. Recently inducted into the DiRōNA Hall of Fame, this delightful and award winning Chef will be with us for the entire weekend, presenting a course at the Grand Truffle Dinner as well as conducting the cooking class for Experience Three, The Culinarian.
