$15 at the door includes truffle tastings, artisan foods, fresh truffles, a truffle dog demonstration, and lecture series;

$20 includes all of the above AND commemorative OTF Riedel wine glass and wine tastings featuring eight of Oregon's outstanding wineries.

A unique one day tasting and demonstration experience of Oregon wines, artisan foods, and wild crafted products and services related to the burgeoning regional truffle industry, and our local farm and forest to table bounty. The vendors who participate in this culinary marketplace offer a taste of Oregon’s abundance in a marriage of old world and contemporary lifestyles that supports healthy, sustainable living. The Marketplace offers fresh native truffles for sale, truffle tasting and truffle cooking demonstrations, a truffle dog demonstration, and a lecture series to ensure a complete experience with the glorious Oregon truffles.
