The Oregon Truffle Festival offers a multitude of exciting ways to participate, for a few hours or a full weekend.
Since its inception, workshops, packages and the Grand Truffle Dinner have sold out quickly, so early registration is recommended. All events are located in and around Eugene, Oregon.
A complete Festival Schedule for each Weekend Experience as well as curricula for the two seminars and the speaker roster for the Growers’ Forum will be sent to all registrants and posted on our web site as soon as they are available.

We are delighted to announce our headquarters hotel in 2012 is The Hilton in downtown Eugene. Located in the heart of our city, the hotel is within walking distance of a number of shops, galleries and fine dining establishments.
The Hilton is also the site of Festival Registration - which opens on Thursday afternoon - as well as all the seminars and lectures on Friday, the Grand Truffle Dinner on Saturday evening, and Sunday’s Oregon Truffle Marketplace.
For those attending the Truffle Dog Training Seminar, The Hilton is dog friendly, providing a separate area in the hotel for everyone’s comfort and enjoyment.

The Hilton Eugene offers complimentary shuttles to all Eugene airport arrivals and departures. If you choose to fly in and out of Portland, plan for a minimum 2 hour drive from the airport to downtown Eugene.
Once in Eugene, we want you to relax and let us do the driving! The Festival provides comfortable tour buses with restrooms to and from all events not held at the Hilton, and our experienced drivers know how to navigate our rural valleys and hillsides so you can sit back and enjoy the views.
Keep in mind that it is winter, and Oregon can be wet and chilly, so come prepared. Although the average temperature in the southern Willamette Valley in January is mid-30’s to mid-40’s, and one in ten years can result in snow on the valley floor, it is just as likely to be brilliantly sunny during the last week in January. Thus we recommend both a raincoat and sunglasses. Warm layers of wool or fleece, with a final waterproof, breathable layer are best. A scarf, gloves and a hat will make your head and hands happy. If you are attending the Grand Truffle Dinner, the dress is semi-formal cocktail attire so don't forget to pack something elegant.
